Midnight Gold Blend

When you think of specialty coffee, you may immediately think of experimentally processed natural and light roast coffee. Hwoever, have you ever thought of a dark roast? 
 
We didn't either until a Canadian friend asked for a special roast. We've carefully selected some very dense and naturally processed greens to bring this blend to life. Using Brazil and Honduras origins, we have created a dark and dreamy roast with notes of salted caramel and  molasses. 
 
This is a dark roast that surprises most with it's lack of bitterness. Something we worked very hard on in the roast profile development. So don't judge this book by it's cover.
